Our second rosé, ever, and every bit as serious as the first! What would you expect from Barrel 27’s pink? A massive nose of cherry and strawberry, with cola, limestone / mineral notes, followed by hint of rose petals, jasmine and hibiscus flowers. Rich on the palate, with the essences of red fruit, kumquat and tangerine, followed with mineral and smoke notes. Weighty and complex with superb acidity and long pure finish. One massive ballerina.

Another winner. A brilliant nose of strawberry and cherry although the alcohol does come through. In the mouth the wine is really rich and diverse with some wet stone, quince, strawberry, and other red fruits. Acidity drives the wine to keep it balanced, crisp, refreshing, long, and deserving of another glass. Really good stuff at a really GREAT price.
